- How can I design partner-sharing so it feels comfortable and purposeful for all of my students?
- When can I encourage students to share more about themselves in ways that build connection? How do I model this?
- How did students support each other in their learning this week? Are they offering thoughtful feedback to one another? With my help or on their own?
- How do we celebrate the unique gifts and strengths each student brings to our community?
- Which student has been easy for me to ignore? How can I include them more? What do they need?
