DESTINATION
Our aim is for this document to serve as a sort of “River Guide” for educational leaders and navigators charged with designing and/or delivering high quality teacher support systems. We hope it may help administrators or grantmakers construct or clarify their vision for nurturing teacher growth and well-being as we collectively respond to one of our most challenging and crucial human endeavors: the education of our children. We believe that by listening to storytellers like these, we can find our way.
